FLAT BOTTOM
A mechanical device and a suitable forming tube permits the making of flat bottom bags with central or side seals and folded at the base. This specifically designed device allows change from flat bottom to traditional pillow bag in a simple and easy operation.
4 SIDE SEALING
A favorite of marketing, this elegant and practical format is designed to attract the consumer. The bag stands straight on the shelf, distinguishable by its visibility. The 4 side sealing makes it more rigid and robust, thereby safeguarding the contents and guaranteeing the quality.
PILLOW BAG
The LOGIC packing machines make pillow bags with a base of up to 320 mm and a height of 500 mm in a single step or longer ones with multiple film pullings. Gusset, re-sealable ZIP system, Euro holes are just some of the types and styles possible.
D-BAG
Studied to satisfy the latest needs of the market, this bag, distinguished by its design, is made using a simple low cost device that can easily be fitted to the Logic machine, reducing noticeably investment that would otherwise be needed. The productivity is not compromised and stays in line with the speed of the other flat bottom bags produced by a vertical packing machine.
RE-SEALABLE ZIP
All bag formats made with the LOGIC can be fitted with a re-sealable ZIP. The applicator, developed by Simionato technology, permits the use of commercial ZIP bands. Once the device has been installed in the machine, it can be activated or deactivated by a simple selector, obtaining from the same forming tube the same bags with or without a ZIP.
